The Four Acres Management Training Centre has enjoyed its location outside of London for decades, where it plays an important role in the education of Unilever’s Senior Executives. It’s admired for both its curriculum and the architecture of the former private estate. After a worldwide tour to benchmark Executive Education Centers, Unilever selected BDG to Master Plan their site and design the expansion of their historic facility.

The Campus Master Plan addresses the present and future programmatic needs. The design of building additions and new buildings, unite the architecture with the beautifully landscaped Campus. The proposed changes required a detailed Public Approval process, that was expected to be challenging. After presenting the thoughtfully designed expansion at the Town Meeting, Unilever was given full Public Approval of the expansions to the historic Campus, located in a residential neighborhood.
