Gearbox - Multi-Purpose Studio

Fashion, photography, make-up artist training, and a passion for restoring classic cars, have been combined in this project to create a building and private retreat that supports these activities. The former construction supply warehouse has been transformed into a hidden jewel for this Private Client. The building supports several business interests and creates a unique venue to host social events for the Owner’s charitable causes.

The Owner of this 20,000 sq. ft. studio plays several roles behind the scenes, in Hollywood and the Fashion Industry. The new facility supports fashion photoshoots with studio lighting and a 40’ x 40’ cyc backdrop. The make-up and hair Styling Studio provides training for an elite group of professionals from the fashion industry. The Auto Gallery showcases the art of automobile design.
